The slipper boots are comfortable and warm, with great eco friendly credentials. I like the fact that the soles are sturdy and can be worn outside. I would have awarded 5 stars but, after choosing a size smaller than recommended, they are still slightly large.

Usually very good, in this case size 5 ran very large overall and in width. As I use them with splints, a size smaller is suitable otherwise I would have had to go down 2 sizes. Also, occasionally the seam on top of boots can irritate an arthritic toe joint; hence 4 stars.

SECOND LIFE & NATURAL MATERIALS - with felt uppers made from recycled plastic, foam insoles made from plant-derived organic materials, and durable outsoles made from recycled rubber, every step is a step in the right direction.
COMFORT FOR YOUR SOLE - the Thredbo's stylish high-top boot design can be worn rolled down or up, for your choice of snugness. Our super-soft recycled PET felt uppers provide a cosy, vegan-friendly alternative to traditional wool slippers, as well as being a second-life material.
FEEL GOOD, DO GOOD - through our partnership with Empower AS, your purchase of the Thredbo slipper recovers the equivalent of 80 plastic bottles worth of plastics from ocean shorelines and riverbanks.
