Returning your Item
If you are unhappy with your purchase then you may return your order within 30 days of receipt.
Please complete the returns slip which was enclosed with your order. It is very important that your order number is clearly shown on your returns slip. Without this information, your refund or exchange may take longer to process.
An example of our order numbers is: GB210000
If you did not have a return slip with your order please download a copy here. Or you may enclose a note with the following information on:
- Order Number
- Reason for Return (Exchange*/Refund)
*If you’re exchanging please state Style/Size request.
Please ensure that your return is in the same condition in which they were received and are in a resalable condition. We will not accept items that have clearly been worn. Items which have been worn will not be refunded or exchanged.
Note: You will need a printer to for your label. Royal Mail will also email a QR code which some Post Office's can scan and print at customer service points. Please check before hand if this option is available to you. More details can be found at royalmail.com.
Please ensure you have adequately package your return. We will not be held liable for damage to us without suitable packaging. This includes footwear sent back in unwrapped shoe boxes. Please do not use staples to seal packages as we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the customer. Ensure that your return is in the same condition in which it was received and is in a resalable condition.
