Being a fan of Gumbies I decided a pair of Ossa slippers would be nice and toasty in the cold weather. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the inner soles which couldn’t be resolved, despite the very best efforts of customer services.
No worries there though, customer services stepped up and ordered me a replacement pair of slippers. Problem solved. Thanks Gumbies!
