Limitations of Warranty

The following are not covered under our warranty:

● Normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accidents, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time.

● Comfort issues or improper fit once items have been worn.

● Products purchased from unauthorised dealers, including but not limited to online auction sites, liquidators, consignment shops, private sellers, sales samples, promotional or final sale items.

● Defects caused by the transportation (other than the initial delivery from GUMBIES to the purchaser) or storage of the Product.

● Damage to laces and lace hardware.

Products provided by GUMBIES to fulfil previous warranty claims.

● Alterations and modifications.

Items that have not been cared for as per Gumbies cleaning recommendations.
