Returns

If you've changed your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided that:

The item is unworn and unused.
It is in its original packaging.
It is in a resaleable condition.
You have proof of purchase.

Returns are completely FREE when processed through our Returns Portal.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few working days for your bank or card provider to display the refund.

The quickest and easiest way to exchange your order is through our Returns Portal. Simply select the item you'd like to exchange and choose your preferred replacement, subject to stock availability.

If the replacement item isn't available, we'll contact you with the available options.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Refunds

Once your return arrives with us, we'll inspect it before processing your refund.

We issue refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5 working days of receiving your return. Your payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available in your account.

great sunnies

I was very excited to pick up my new sunglasses on Wednesday. They looked awesome and suited me (which is rare..). The fabric pouch and hard case are a really nice touch to keep them safe when not in use.

Sadly, by Saturday my sunglasses are ready for landfill.

Following a 2ft drop, the arm has snapped off. Totally my fault in that respect but what is clear is that from looking at the damaged hinge, they might as well be made of chocolate.

Really nice looking sunglasses but for the hinge quality I'd suggest to others to either buy a cheaper pair and take the hit when they break or spend the extra on a premium brand pair of sunglasses.

Gutted as every other Gumbies product I've bought previously has been robust & top quality.

These glasses are the lightest I have ever had. Standard of manufacture is amazing. Makes everything very clear and crisp with the polarised lenses. After buying these I went back and brought another pair. Very reasonable price too..... win win 😁

Nice style but....

This is my second pair. Had to send first pair back as arms buckled and out of line..this second pair is slightly better but still not perfectly in line which is a shame as their a nice looking pair of glasses. For the price their ok...
