If you've changed your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided that:

The item is unworn and unused.
It is in its original packaging.
It is in a resaleable condition.
You have proof of purchase.

Returns are completely FREE when processed through our Returns Portal.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few working days for your bank or card provider to display the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour?

The quickest and easiest way to exchange your order is through our Returns Portal. Simply select the item you'd like to exchange and choose your preferred replacement, subject to stock availability.

If the replacement item isn't available, we'll contact you with the available options.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Refunds

Very disappointed the sneakers far too big, ordered a size bigger as was told, do not like the material & they look very flimsy & cheap !
Will be sending them back for a refund

Love the colour

Falling apart stichng!

Really pleased at start. However after wearing for only a few weeks the stitching is coming apart. As a sewer I know they've zigzag sticker but not gone over at ends, cut ends too short and now they are slowly unravelling. Do I keep or send back as very fiddly to try to stitch ba9k together !!

Comfortable sneakers

Lovely, comfortable shoes. I read previous comments and bought a size larger than I usually wear, definitely necessary. I was concerned because the slippers I buy are true to size.

Glad they are back!

So glad these sneakers are back! Comfy from the first step to the last. Can walk miles in them no problem. Lovely colour. Recommend sizing up.

Too narrow

To look at they are lovely trainers. However sadly they are too uncomfortable to wear.. They are too tight. I have a narrow foot. I tried a size up as well as I really wanted them but thought they would rub.
I love Gumbie flip flops and sandals and have bought many pairs of these.
