SECOND LIFE & NATURAL MATERIALS - with felt uppers made from recycled plastic, foam insoles made from plant-derived organic materials, and durable outsoles made from recycled rubber, every step is a step in the right direction.

Returns

If you've changed your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided that:

The item is unworn and unused.
It is in its original packaging.
It is in a resaleable condition.
You have proof of purchase.

Returns are completely FREE when processed through our Returns Portal.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few working days for your bank or card provider to display the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour?

The quickest and easiest way to exchange your order is through our Returns Portal. Simply select the item you'd like to exchange and choose your preferred replacement, subject to stock availability.

If the replacement item isn't available, we'll contact you with the available options.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We're sorry if you've received an item that isn't quite right.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or you've received the wrong product, please submit your request through our Returns Portal and include photographs where possible. Our customer service team will review your claim and get back to you as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return arrives with us, we'll inspect it before processing your refund.

We issue refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5 working days of receiving your return. Your payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available in your account.

Warranty

Our product warranty covers many Gumbies products.
