COTTON SOFT - finishing touches matter. That's why we use soft, recycled cotton canvas for the toe posts and strap linings. To ensure your feet experience maximum comfort, we incorporate a thin layer of the same fabric onto the footbed. This ensures instant comfort from the very first wear.

Returns

If you've changed your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided that:

The item is unworn and unused.
It is in its original packaging.
It is in a resaleable condition.
You have proof of purchase.

Returns are completely FREE when processed through our Returns Portal.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few working days for your bank or card provider to display the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour?

The quickest and easiest way to exchange your order is through our Returns Portal. Simply select the item you'd like to exchange and choose your preferred replacement, subject to stock availability.

If the replacement item isn't available, we'll contact you with the available options.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We're sorry if you've received an item that isn't quite right.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or you've received the wrong product, please submit your request through our Returns Portal and include photographs where possible. Our customer service team will review your claim and get back to you as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return arrives with us, we'll inspect it before processing your refund.

We issue refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5 working days of receiving your return. Your payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available in your account.

I'm a fan

Unless it's snowing, I'm in flip-flops. This is my first pair of Gumby's, but I see more in my future. They're comfortable, sticky as gecko feet, and look sweet. I spend a lot of time paddling. Here in the PNW we don't have those nice sandy beaches. We have rocks, barnacles, and crabs, so some kind of footwear is requisite and these fit the bill. I worried the fabric on the footbed would be an issue in the salt water. It's not. My only wish is for a bit more of an arch.

Great Sandals

Live on the beach and have been buying $80 Hawaiian brand for years. Skeptical so ordered a single pair. Love them! Ordering another pair, wife getting a pair. Recommend to all.

As previous owner of a pair of duckbills, I felt I needed to replace them when I wore them out. The next logical thing was the Islanders. Seem to be a little softer footbed, and fit and feel was excellent. Gumbies customer for life!

I waited for some to go on sale before buying my first pair. Got then and tried them on and man are they COMFORTABLE! Now we see how long they last. They seem very well made so I expect they will last a while.

Color???

Received the wrong color. Contacted support and they said they sent out a classic khaki but they were green. Not sure how you make that mistake when they are brown in the picture. I am going to try these out on my upcoming trip to see how well they hold up in Costa Rica.

Good inexpensive flip flop

Seem to run a bit small, Toe alignment different from left to right. Better then the Rainbows I purchased and immediately returned.. An inexpensive flip flop that exceeds its price point at 30 dollars
