DURABLE OUTER SOLE - our Gumtread™ recycled rubber outsoles are flexible and durable and provide a tyre-like grip for any terrain you encounter. Biodegradable jute fibres reinforce and preserve the integrity of the rubber, so the adventure keeps going year after year.

COTTON SOFT - finishing touches matter. That's why we use soft, recycled cotton canvas for the toe posts and strap linings. To ensure your feet experience maximum comfort, we incorporate a thin layer of the same fabric onto the footbed. This ensures instant comfort from the very first wear.

CONTOURED FOR COMFORT - designed to suit the foot's natural shape so you can expect support on every walkabout. Wear them beach-bound, bar-hopping, or embarking on a new adventure.

Returns

If you've changed your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided that:

The item is unworn and unused.
It is in its original packaging.
It is in a resaleable condition.
You have proof of purchase.

Returns are completely FREE when processed through our Returns Portal.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few working days for your bank or card provider to display the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour?

The quickest and easiest way to exchange your order is through our Returns Portal. Simply select the item you'd like to exchange and choose your preferred replacement, subject to stock availability.

If the replacement item isn't available, we'll contact you with the available options.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We're sorry if you've received an item that isn't quite right.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or you've received the wrong product, please submit your request through our Returns Portal and include photographs where possible. Our customer service team will review your claim and get back to you as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return arrives with us, we'll inspect it before processing your refund.

We issue refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5 working days of receiving your return. Your payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available in your account.

Our product warranty covers many Gumbies products.

These laddies flip-flops are absolutely amazing. I would recommend to anyone for any reason, but if you like light weight foot wear that doesn't irritate b tween your toes, they are like you have the comfiest thing ever on your feet, Gumbies is the answer. I purchased two pairs and have not had them off since they arrived. Highly recommended if you want extreme comfort and value for money, it's Go-Gumbies all the way

Classic!

I've had a pair of Islanders for a while and they're now looking a little tired, so unfortunately they're stained and faded through repeated wear. I'd bought some Aboriginal sling backs last year (which I love and look great with summer dresses or jeans) but wanted a pair of old school toe post sandals for a more casual look.

These are just the job. Comfortable and hard wearing, and a great colour match for my leather hip bag.
