DURABLE OUTER SOLE - our Gumtread™ recycled rubber outsoles are flexible, durable and provide a tire-like grip for whatever terrain you might encounter. Biodegradable jute fibers reinforce and preserve the integrity of the rubber, so the adventure keeps on going year after year.

COTTON SOFT - finishing touches matter. That's why we use soft cotton canvas for both our toe posts and strap linings. We want your feet to feel as comfortable as possible, which is why we've added a thin layer of the same recycled cotton canvas to the footbed. This ensures instant comfort from the very first wear.

CONTOURED FOR COMFORT - designed to suit the natural shape of the foot, so you can expect support on every walkabout. Wear them beach-bound, bar-hopping, or embark on a new adventure.

Returns

If you've changed your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided that:

The item is unworn and unused.
It is in its original packaging.
It is in a resaleable condition.
You have proof of purchase.

Returns are completely FREE when processed through our Returns Portal.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few working days for your bank or card provider to display the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour?

The quickest and easiest way to exchange your order is through our Returns Portal. Simply select the item you'd like to exchange and choose your preferred replacement, subject to stock availability.

If the replacement item isn't available, we'll contact you with the available options.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Refunds

My go to flip flops.
They are so comfortable they are permanently attached to my feet from May to October!
They are washable and come up like new. No need to look at any other flip flops!

I appear to have a problem in the fact i can't stop buying these as I write this review on my 10th pair my 11th pair (orange islander) arrives tomorrow

Have been buying gumbies over the years, love them the most comfortable flip flops I have ever had. Must have 10 pairs now, all colours.

Favourite footwear

I've been wearing Gumbies for years and they're my favourite thing after bare feet. I'm a scuba diver so they're perfect for wet feet as they don't slip when wet. I have a wee collection to wear with most things. Even in winter I still wear them indoors. It's great that they're recycled too

Love these!

This is my fifth pair of Gumbies and I wouldn't bother with any other make. The soles are hard-wearing, toepost and upper sole are so comfortable so as not to be noticed. Great quality and lightweight too!

Perfect for wearing as my inside shoes.
I found they weren't a closs fit across the bridge of my foot so took some getting used to, yet the sole was the correct size.

I've not had a decent pair of comfy flipflops in a very long time.
These are so comfortable that I almost forget I'm wearing them.

The best flipflops!

These are so comfortable to wear. I took my brands new ones on holiday to Spain and I walked miles in them, including on the beach, without any rubs or blisters. They are well made and durable - I only had to replace my last pair, which I had for years, as my boxer puppy decided to eat them. Love the range of colours too and they are definitely the only flipflops for me. Just need to keep them out of reach of puppy teeth 😁

Love My Gumbies

This is the 3rd pair of Islander flip flops I have bought- I could never wear flip flops as they felt uncomfortable but after a friend recommended these I have never looked back. Very comfy and I can wear them all day. Love the different colours too.
