Returns

If you've changed your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided that:

The item is unworn and unused.
It is in its original packaging.
It is in a resaleable condition.
You have proof of purchase.

Returns are completely FREE when processed through our Returns Portal.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few working days for your bank or card provider to display the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour?

The quickest and easiest way to exchange your order is through our Returns Portal. Simply select the item you'd like to exchange and choose your preferred replacement, subject to stock availability.

If the replacement item isn't available, we'll contact you with the available options.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We're sorry if you've received an item that isn't quite right.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or you've received the wrong product, please submit your request through our Returns Portal and include photographs where possible. Our customer service team will review your claim and get back to you as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return arrives with us, we'll inspect it before processing your refund.

We issue refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5 working days of receiving your return. Your payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available in your account.

I ordered a larger size as suggested but still found them quite tight across my feet. Lovely soles. Hoping they will give a bit but unlikely. Love my other gumbies…flip flops and ramblers. Unfortunately not as pleased with these.

Really bad fit and durability, they're going in the bin

Really bad, regret buying them. I normally wear UK size 11.5, ordered 11.5 & 12. Found the 12 too loose so kept the 11.5s.

They will not stay on my feet, I have to keep pushing the front against something every few minutes as my feet keep slipping out. They're definitely not too loose as I ended up with blisters on the outside of my toes after wearing them for an hour or so.

Also one of the square tiles fell off after a few uses.

Thought I'd try to persevere to see if they get better with use but my feet slipping out all the time is just too frustrating so they're going in the bin, what a waste of £35

Comfortable but...

The sliders are comfortable to wear but one of the black tiles from the sole has fallen off after only a few days use

General slides

Look quite good but far to small. I ordered a 10 uk and got a 10 uk but was more like a 7 or 8. I gave away to a friend who was an 8 and even she said they were tight. Compared them to another brands 8 and there's looked bigger so don't know what the problem is there, means I would need a 12 or 13 to fit. Would have been a good slider as they look comfy.
