Returns

If you've changed your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided that:

The item is unworn and unused.
It is in its original packaging.
It is in a resaleable condition.
You have proof of purchase.

Returns are completely FREE when processed through our Returns Portal.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few working days for your bank or card provider to display the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour?

The quickest and easiest way to exchange your order is through our Returns Portal. Simply select the item you'd like to exchange and choose your preferred replacement, subject to stock availability.

If the replacement item isn't available, we'll contact you with the available options.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We're sorry if you've received an item that isn't quite right.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or you've received the wrong product, please submit your request through our Returns Portal and include photographs where possible. Our customer service team will review your claim and get back to you as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return arrives with us, we'll inspect it before processing your refund.

We issue refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5 working days of receiving your return. Your payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available in your account.

These are superb!

Just bought a pair of these. I need a solid grip (after a broken ankle) and these are superb - grippy both inside and out. They also have a firm arch. Would highly recommend.

Sooo comfortable

Purchased for a spa day, they were so comfortable, great if you need the arch support to, as I do. I am actually thinking of buying in the other colours I loved them so much. I have purchased several Islander flip flops in the past so I already had trust in the brand. A great product and would love to see them made in more colours!

Comfy and stylish

This is the first time I've bought a Gumbie .
I friend of mine had a pair and they looked very comfortable and the big plus for me was that they had arch support. I've been looking for stylish comfortable sandal with arch support for the last few years. I love them, the online shop helped me choose the right size and I'm very pleased with them.

Very narrow fit

Nice sliders but very small fit and really narrow

The sliders were very disappointing they are actually uncomfortable to wear which I was surprised as someone said they were very comfortable if I could send them back I would but I've used them once now !!
