Returns

If you've changed your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided that:

The item is unworn and unused.
It is in its original packaging.
It is in a resaleable condition.
You have proof of purchase.

Returns are completely FREE when processed through our Returns Portal.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few working days for your bank or card provider to display the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour?

The quickest and easiest way to exchange your order is through our Returns Portal. Simply select the item you'd like to exchange and choose your preferred replacement, subject to stock availability.

If the replacement item isn't available, we'll contact you with the available options.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We're sorry if you've received an item that isn't quite right.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or you've received the wrong product, please submit your request through our Returns Portal and include photographs where possible. Our customer service team will review your claim and get back to you as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return arrives with us, we'll inspect it before processing your refund.

We issue refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5 working days of receiving your return. Your payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available in your account.

I was so pleased with the 2 pairs of Noosa I bought I thought I’d try these, I’m not disappointed lovely and soft with good footbed that’s doesn’t sink down.

Amazingly comfortable and so warm on a wet cold day.

Comfortable Shoe

This is my 3rd pair of these shoes. I have a bunion on my right foot and the merino wool uppers stretch gently around it. These are the most comfortable shoes I own. Size up as they are a little on the small side.

Totally in love with my Woolfit Sneakers

I bought these as indoor shoes as I run a guest house and wanted something comfortable, with support and smart looking. Wow, I am blown away. They are just perfect and fit like a glove. I have wide feet and they have plenty of room and are so comfortable. I actually look forward to putting them on, in the morning! When I take them off I have the joy of my Gumbie slippers.

Great presentation

These affordable shoes arrive in their own travel bag. Soft but sturdy wool upper and shaped inner soles. The slate colour is great choice of wide-use colour. I have a lot of foot problems and they were great on first outing. Only complaint is one shoe lace was unraveling before I tried it on. How replaceable are laces.

Woolfit Sneakers

Very comfortable, I'm actually a size 3.5 but normally buy a size 5 for the width. Size 5 is just long enough, so may be advisable to buy the next size up. My husband is very envious!
